- 900 g skinless salmon, cut into 3 cm / 1¼ in cubes
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- ¾ tsp fine salt
- 3 tbsp honey, for the glaze
- 1½ tbsp soy sauce, for the glaze
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed, for the glaze
- 1½ tsp sesame seeds, to finish

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C / 400°F.

Toss the salmon cubes with oil, garlic powder and salt, then spread them out in a single layer.

Cook for 4 minutes.

Shake the basket gently to turn the cubes.

Cook for a further 4 minutes until the edges are browned.

Warm the honey, soy and crushed garlic together, check the salmon reads 63°C / 145°F, then toss the bites through the glaze and scatter with sesame seeds.
