Ingredients

  • 450 g skinless salmon, cut into 3 cm / 1¼ in cubes
  • ¾ tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp fine salt
  • 1½ tbsp honey, for the glaze
  • ¾ tbsp soy sauce, for the glaze
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed, for the glaze
  • ¾ tsp sesame seeds, to finish

Steps

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C / 400°F.

  2. Toss the salmon cubes with oil, garlic powder and salt, then spread them out in a single layer.

  3. Cook for 4 minutes.

  4. Shake the basket gently to turn the cubes.

  5. Cook for a further 4 minutes until the edges are browned.

  6. Warm the honey, soy and crushed garlic together, check the salmon reads 63°C / 145°F, then toss the bites through the glaze and scatter with sesame seeds.
