- 6 chicken drumsticks
- ¾ tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¾ tsp fine salt
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- 1½ tbsp honey, for the glaze
- ¾ tbsp soy sauce, for the glaze
Steps

Preheat the air fryer to 185°C / 370°F.

Rub the drumsticks with oil, paprika, salt and garlic powder, then arrange them in the basket with space between each one.

Cook for 10 minutes.

Turn each drumstick over.

Cook for a further 10 minutes.

Check for 74°C / 165°F at the thickest point, brush with the honey and soy mixed together, and cook 2 more minutes to set the glaze.
Eight drumsticks rarely fit in one layer — cook 4 at a time if your basket is small.
