- 6 bone-in pork chops, 2.5 cm / 1 in thick
- 6 tsp olive oil
- 3 tsp fine salt
- 3 tsp smoked paprika
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- 1½ tsp dried thyme
- 1½ tsp black pepper
Steps

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C / 400°F.

Pat the chops dry, rub with oil, then coat both sides with the mixed seasonings.

Place the chops in the basket without overlapping.

Cook for 7 minutes.

Flip the chops.

Cook for a further 7 minutes.

Check for 63°C / 145°F at the thickest point away from the bone, then rest for 3 minutes before serving.
