- 450 g raw shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on or off
- 30 g butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- ½ tsp chilli flakes, optional
- ½ tsp fine salt
- 1½ tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped, to finish
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Steps

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C / 400°F.

Pat the shrimp dry and toss with the melted butter, garlic, chilli flakes and salt.

Spread them in a single layer in the basket.

Cook for 3 minutes.

Shake the basket to redistribute the shrimp.

Cook for a further 3 minutes, until pink and opaque throughout (63°C / 145°F).

Scatter with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
