- 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 100 g butter
- 150 g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 70 g plain flour
- 20 g cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp fine salt
Steps

Melt the chocolate and butter together, then stir in the sugar, eggs and vanilla until glossy.

Fold in the flour, cocoa and salt, and pour into a greased 15 cm / 6 in tin that fits your basket.

Preheat the air fryer to 160°C / 325°F.

Cook for 16 minutes, until the top is set but a skewer still comes out with moist crumbs.

Cool in the tin for at least 15 minutes before cutting, or they will fall apart.
