- 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs, about 200 g / 7 oz each
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
Steps

Preheat the air fryer to 190°C / 380°F.

Dry the thighs well, rub with oil, then season on both sides — get some seasoning under the skin.

Place them skin-side down in the basket in a single layer.

Cook for 10 minutes.

Flip the thighs so the skin faces up.

Cook for a further 10 minutes, until the skin is deep golden and crisp.

Check the meat next to the bone reads 74°C / 165°F, then rest 5 minutes.
