- 8 refrigerated cinnamon rolls, one tin of dough, with its icing
- 2 tsp butter, melted, for brushing
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon, optional, for extra spice
Steps
-
Preheat the air fryer to 160°C / 325°F and cut a perforated parchment liner to fit. Add the liner only once the basket is hot and the rolls are going in.
-
Arrange the rolls on the liner with room to expand, and brush the tops with melted butter.
-
Cook for 9 minutes, until risen and golden brown on top.
-
Rest for 2 minutes, then spread the icing over the warm rolls so it melts into the spirals.
Rolls double in size — leave 3 cm between them and cook in 2 batches if needed.
